Further develop the skills you learned in previous experience. (eg. Silversmithing Level 2 course). With the help and instruction of an experienced goldsmith (30 years), you can learn skills and techniques that will enable you to create more complex jewelry items. This is primarily a studio-based, intermediate level course where students will work on their own projects. Tools and equipment will be provided. Some materials can be purchased from instructor; others are discussed in first class. The class will take place in the Metal shop at Argyle; enter the door from the parking lot on Fromme St.

If you want to develop personal expression and creative style in your painting, this studio class is for you. Lots of expert individual help at your own level using the medium of your choice - oil, pastel, acrylic, watercolour or black and white medium. All levels welcome. This is primarily a studio-based course where students will work on their own projects. The instructor, James Picard is an international award-winning artist and sculptor, who currently teaches in Vancouver and New York City. Bring your supplies and ideas to class.

With the help and instruction of the instructor you can get the guidance you need to improve your skills. Brendalee has taught several levels of Silversmithing including the 'Intro' class, and specialized workshops. (Prerequisite: you must have completed the 'Intro' class or equivalent).
